About Terry -
Terry Sue McCray, an Ohio native, moved to Arizona in 2012, after her retirement from a career in art education and administration. Terry became involved in the arts locally through the Havasu Art Center, Havasu Art Guild and Mohave Community College where she taught non-credit Drawing, Acrylic Painting and Ceramics.
Her teaching career allowed her to experience the use of multiple media and explore numerous forms of art technics. Her recent works have been focused in the field of drawing and painting her figurative works, animals and landscapes acrylics, her favorite medium. Lately, she has started re-examining the 3 dimensional arts and is working on pottery and sculptures of whimsical characters.
