About Michele -
My "rock" life started in 2012 when my husband bought me a lapidary machine and we met someone who owned a gold/silver/copper mine in Wickenburg, AZ. Who knew that I would love making cabochons out of a copper mineral blue/green stone called chrysocolla? I fell in love with the color and the metaphysical elements of the stone and had to show it off somehow. So my creative life has evolved to showcase the stone and the metal it comes from. My chains are handcrafted using a technique called Viking Knit.
Since moving to Lake Havasu City, I have offered my pieces for sale at The Q Art Gallery and the yearly Lake Havasu Gem and Mineral show. In the past, my jewelry has sold in Sedona, Quartzsite and Carefree, AZ and Telluride, CO.
